Building managers are responsible for e.g. small repairs of apartments, keys, parking spaces and sauna shifts. You can reach the building manager on weekdays from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. At other times, if necessary, contact the maintenance service. The maintenance call is only intended for tasks that require immediate care, such as opening doors etc.
